Black and White Card

This card is for my dear friend. First time using black and white for friend's card. It was difficult to make the desicion of using black and white for obvious reason. Somehow I couldn't think of any other color at that moment. It turns out so elegant.

Irish Friend

I have been looking at Distress Ink but had no idea what is the result looks like and what's the different of using other kind of ink. But few days my question was answered. A very kind Taiwan artist has given me a very detailed comparision of Distress Ink with other kind of ink pads. So I ran to buy the Distress Ink and tried them! It is fantastic! The vintage color is so attractive. Very happy to meet the new friend from Taiwan and Thanks a lot of your answer.

Got back to track

This is recently favourite techinque- transperancy with Stanz-On.The result is very elegant. After the transperancy is created, then put a pattern paper behind and Done! Just love them!!

Making a card

This is one the cards I made for Valentines' day. The image is itself looks plain so I used some foam dots to make the image pop out. In fact, this skill can be used in different manners. Usually I use foam dots on cute images like this one, Precious Moments stamps.

For this card, I use 3 layers for the ice-cream and 2 layers for the lovely boy and girl. After stamping and painting them, cut out one layer of the boy and girl and 2 layers of the ice-cream then glue the foam dots and attach them together.


Next, add the embellisment on the image. I especially use little pink 'fur' on the top of the ice-cream to make it more cute. Glitter glue could be another nice decoration, too!


For the background, I use big and small circle stamps. In fact, I think it would be nice to use some patteren papers as it might save some time.

LAzy but buSY

Have been busy since I had the idea of doing some cards for the Valentine's day. Kind of running out idea when I finished half of the 'project'. But after resting for a while, I felt I had tons of ideas again. Feeling amazing when I am into doing it. Forget about time and myself!! (Here are some of the cards...... others will be post soon)

Unfinished bear bear card.....


Today Miss C came to my home and we made some cards together. Well,, at the end we made some elements for our cards but we did some experiments which are not really related to Christmas cards.... haha..

Importantly we tried our new clear stamps!!!! Usually our new 'babies' are spoiled when they just joint our ' stamps' family'. Somehow after some while... they will be put in a very safe place....... It seems clear stamps are nice in a way that they don't take much space. Second it is more easy to clean and thirdly they are cheaper compare to traditional wooden rubber stamps!!! Just love them!!

Let It Snow, Let It Snow (in the card)!

It's early November and I'm making Christmas cards,, Yes.. It is a must to start early!!! Or it will end up only have few products finished. I must work hard on Christmas because I have TONS of Christmas stamps..... Every year I said I have to make more cards but every year I start late and couldn't meet my target. I cannot waste my $$$, so I must create more and more and more!!!!!

My Latest LOVE

DYMO!!!!!!! I remember when I was like 10, I had a Dymo. Of course now the old one is gone. Few days ago I went to stationary store to find one. Staff there thought I looked for new version but I insist to get the old, embossing one. Probably they think I am crazy...... Anyway, when I had it in my hand, the sound of making a label and the look of seems very familiar. It is like a time machine!! I feel like I was 10 again! Haha.....

This is Halloween, This is Halloween

Haven't post for nearly 2 weeks, I feel very upset. Just remember that I have taken photos of my recent work. As it is trend of using acrylic paint, so i finally have my first try in these pages. I paint the photo frames with black and orange paint. It is simple and nice! Easier than cutting frames,LOL.... Again, it proves that I am sometimes lazy.....


By the way, it is VERY FUN in HK Disneyland!!!

Unfinished Pages

These days I've been very very busy. But I don't know what I have done...... Sigh.... I tried to finish my perivous page but I also wanna start new pages. At the end, both are unfinished... Hope to get them done soon before I start the third set of pages~~~~
