Forgot to mention the CUBE

I forgot to mention about the Cube on the left hand side. Isn't it COOL~~~~~ I just love it when I saw it in another scrapper's blog!!!! I decided to make one for my blog. It was harder than I thought as I don't know much about HTML. So after I created the Cube in the website. I didn't know where to paste the HTML they give me..... Sigh... Luck me, only took me 30 mins to figure out.... I feel so successful!!! HEHE......

And PLEASE give me SOME COMMENTS. I know you are reading my blog. Please let me know you are present, Don't be shy!!!

Starting to draw and paint~

I finally bought the book teaching how to draw with colored pencils. I just love that book.In fact, I saw it in TW but I didn't buy as I thought it was kind of too expensive. Plus I had bought some books there already. Luckily in HK, it's like half price!!! So I'm hoping to draw some pictures when I'm in ITALIA.

Uncle's pages

Finally here's the pages of the 6*6 scrapbook for my uncle. These are some pages I made few days ago. Now I have changed the way of doing scrapbook. I used to finish one page then start doing the next. But for a project like now I have, it is faster to do the layout by sticking the photos first then add other elements one by one. Then I don't need to take out stenciles, light box, stamps...etc. at the same time. Now what I do is making all 'stencile' elements, then 'rubber stamps', much more effective then just taking them out and use it for few minutes.

A Happy Afternoon

Finally I got back to work on the scrapbook for my Uncle. It's been left behind for months as photos were in my sis's home. Now I got them here and I can start working on them. To do scrapbooking all afternoon and night is really amazing. I forgot who I am while scrapbooking! Tomorrow I wish I could take some pictures of my pages and uploading them!

My semi product

I have been doing this page for a long time. It's a bit diffcult to create a chinese style page. And I still have some difficulties to use many layers on my pages. This time I used my new chinese punch. It looks so good in the chinese page! Also it is the first time I tried to use black and white pictures. I absolutely like the old chinese feeling!!

Best shots in Taiwan

Every time when I go traveling, I always wish I can have better photograhing skills and I always wish my mates would have better photograhing skills (mind me, friends, we do think we are not so good at shooting. We could have improved!). This time in Taiwan, I am glad that I have some nice shots of my friend, Ellen.

Trip to Taiwan

Taiwan is hell and heaven for me. It is a very very very nice place at the same time but also can be hell. The reason I say it's a very nice place because I think I should be living there as it has things I LOVE but I can't find in HK. They have tons of scrapbooking supplies and rubber stamps and stencils...... AHHHHH,, how come we don't have much in HK??? In those stores, I felt like I was in Heaven, But when I needed to decide what to get and what to leave, I felt like I was in Hell..... Not only the handcraft stores made me crazy but also the book store 'Cheng Pin' was an amazing place. Books there are very interesting. The atmosphere there was just very comfortable. The audio section was also the best place in TW. If I have more time there, I would be spending a lot more. Luckily I didn't have much time there and I had been spending so much on scrapbook suppies... Soon I'll have new pages up loading!! And my work will be (hopefully) much much better with the new supplies!!!
